Weed out the square
and press OK
The cutter automatically
measures the 4 sides of
the box, to know the
distance between the
EPOS sensor and the
knife tip.
The EPOS calibration is
finished.
Manual Position
The media is fed forward
to present the test
pattern
Weed out the squares
and press OK

The EPOS laser
activates and moves to
the approximate centre
of the cross. In case the
laser is not positioned
on the centre, guide it to
the perfect centre of the
two squares and confirm
the position with OK.
The EPOS calibration is
finished.
Manual colour
Following screen is
displayed:
Pull the media manually

forward until a bounding
box is visible.
Move the head a couple
of times over
bounding box and press
OK.
If the epos alignment is
correctly executed,
following screen is shown:
In case the alignment is not
well executed, the Kona /
Kona apparel will show
following warning:
Perform the above steps

again to become
proper calibration.
The EPOS calibration is
finished.
