Description
Sets motor magnetic flux during output
voltage saturation. A setting of "1" will
automatically decrease the magnetic flux
when output voltage saturation occurs.
0: Disabled
1: Enabled
C4: Torque Compensation
Use C4 parameters to configure Torque Compensation function.
This parameter sets the gain for the drive's
automatic torque boost function to match the
drive's output voltage to the motor load. This
parameter helps to produce better starting
torque. It sets the amount of torque or
voltage boost based upon motor current,
motor resistance, and output frequency.
Note: Adjustment is not normally required.
Make changes as follows:
Increase this setting when using a long motor
cable or when the motor is significantly
smaller than the drive capacity.
Decrease this setting when motor oscillation
occurs.
This parameter adjusts the filter on the output
of the torque compensation function.
Increase to add stability, decrease to improve
response. Note: Adjustment is not normally
required
Make changes as follows:
Increase this setting when motor oscillation
occurs.
Reduce the setting if there is not enough
response from the motor.
Sets torque compensation at forward start as
a percentage of motor torque.
Sets torque compensation at reverse start as a
percentage of motor torque.
Sets the time constant for torque
compensation at forward start and reverse
start (C4-03 and C4-04). The filter is
disabled if the time is set to 2ms or less.
