Inspection
Area
• Overall check of the main power circuit
and ground terminals
• Inspect equipment for discoloration from
overheating or deterioration.
• Inspect for damaged or deformed parts.
General
• Inspect for dirt, foreign particles, or dust
collection on components.
• Inspect wiring and connections for
Conductors and discoloration, damage, or heat stress.
Wiring • Inspect wire insulation and shielding for
wear.
• Inspect terminals for stripped, damaged,
Terminals or loose connections.
• Check for tightness.
• Inspect contactors and relays for
Relays and excessive noise during operation.
Contactors • Inspect coils for signs of overheating
such as melted or cracked insulation.
Braking • Inspect for discoloration of heat stress on

• Inspect for leakage, discoloration, or

rupture, or leakage.
