3.9.9.10
Data Duplication Function
By writing the COPY_ID as the copy destination and the COPY_ENALBE to the SCU_FIFO_COPY_INFO_n
(n is sequencer number, 0 to 9) within SCU_RAM, the data is duplicated to the specified Write FIFO.
The atomicity of the 3 axis data does not corrupt even when the duplication destination FIFO is dynamically
switched during operation of the corresponding sequencer. (part of X, Y, Z is not lost at the duplication
destination)
3.9.9.11
Interrupt Notification
The internal sequencers notify the CPU of interrupts. For details, refer to Table SCU (Sensor Control
Unit)-100.
3.9.9.12
SCU-CPU Synchronous Communication
With some exceptions, the firmware parameters of the SCU internal sequencer and the SCU hardware
parameters can only be re-written when their corresponding functions are not operating. (Refer to Section 3.9.12
for information on which registers can be written or not during operation of functions.) For the parameters within
the SCU_RAM, refer to Section 3.9.12.11.
For the CPU to recognize whether the operation of a sequencer has completely finished or whether the
operation has been suspended during intermittent operations of data capture from sensors, etc., the completion or
suspension of the operation must be notified to the CPU. The SCU-CPU Synchronous Communication System
notifies this by use of an interrupt.
The following defines the meanings of "suspension" and "completion" of the operation.
"Operation Completed" refers to cases when either the operation of a sequencer or ADC completes, and the
next operation does not start until a startup request is received from the CPU (Figure SCU (Sensor Control
Unit)-79).
