3.9.12.11 SCU_RAM Parameters
The following table shows the parameters within the SCU_RAM. Since these parameters are within the
memory, they are undefined after a reset is performed, and therefore, their initial values must be set from the CPU
or the internal sequencer. When Reserved regions are not initialized by the CPU, undefined values are read out.
The SCU_RAM parameters are used to run the firmware that controls the sequencers.
