EXTALM_SEL Description of Functions
1 RTC1_ExtAlm is used as a trigger of Time Synchronization.

bit[12] : CLKNEGEDGE_EN (Inverted Clock Setting)
By using this register, External Output Alarm and Time Synchronization Trigger Signal are set whether to
synchronize at the falling edge of the clock.

Description of Functions
External Output Alarm and Time Synchronization are performed at the rising edge
of the clock.
External Output Alarm and Time Synchronization Trigger Signal synchronize to
usual clock (rising edge of the clock).
External Output Alarm and Time Synchronization are performed at the falling edge
of the clock.
External Output Alarm and Time Synchronization Trigger Signal synchronize to
inverted clock (falling edge of the usual clock).
