RCOSC
OFF => ON Control Flow
The following describes the flow to turn ON the power supply of the RCOSC.
1. RCOSC power supply ON setting
ANA_PW_CTL=32'h00010001
2. Interrupt clear
PMU_INT_CLR.CLR[1:0]=2'b11
3. Interrupt mask cancel
PMU_INT_MASK.MSK[1:0]=2'b00
4. RCOSC power supply ON control
PMU_PW_CTL.POWER_CTRL_ON=1
5. Interrupt confirmation
Confirm PMU_INT_STAT.STAT[1:0]=2'b01
6. Interrupt clear
PMU_INT_CLR.CLR[1:0]=2'b11
7. Clock control
Control the supply/stop of the clock in accordance with the function block or Analog circuit you use.
When supplying the clock
RCOSC_CTRL1.IRO_LV_SENSCLK_XEN=0 (for HPADC)
RCOSC_CTRL1.IRO_LV_LOGICLK_XEN=0 (for each function block)
When stopping the clock
RCOSC_CTRL1.IRO_LV_SENSCLK_XEN=1 (for HPADC)
RCOSC_CTRL1.IRO_LV_LOGICLK_XEN=1 (for each function block)
ON => OFF Control Flow
The following describes the flow to turn OFF the power supply of the RCOSC. As a precondition, when there is a
block using the RCOSC such as the PMU, use the API to switch the clock source to one other than the RCOSC
before turning OFF the RCOSC. The clock of the PMU can be confirmed by
CKSEL_ROOT.RORTC_STAT_CLK_SEL2.
The following describes the flow.
1. RCOSC power supply OFF setting
ANA_PW_CTL=32'h00010000
2. Interrupt clear
PMU_INT_CLR.CLR[1:0]=2'b11
3. Interrupt mask cancel
PMU_INT_MASK.MSK[1:0]=2'b00
4. RCOSC power supply OFF control
