When you write "1" on Busy, this register cancels Request for waiting for External Alarm Flag
(WrIntCtrl.Busy is cleared to "0").

bit[7:0] : Offset[7:0] (Correction value of RTC Counter value)
This register adds Offset value to RTC PreCounter. The Offset range is from -64 to 63.
Set the register value with two's complements. When carry or borrow to PostCounter occurs, this register
updates PostCounter.

Description of Functions
Writing 0: You cannot write "0".
Writing 1: cancels a Request for waiting for External Alarm Flag. When it is canceled,
this register is cleared to "0" automatically.
