XOSC frequency division register of SCU_ADCIF, common to the two HPADCs
HPADC_AC0.LV_CLK_XOSC_DIV(@0x0240 + PWD_SCU region)
When LV_CLK_XOSC_DIV == 0, XOSC_DIV = 2
When LV_CLK_XOSC_DIV == 1, XOSC_DIV = 3
When LV_CLK_XOSC_DIV == 2, XOSC_DIV = 4
When LV_CLK_XOSC_DIV == 3, XOSC_DIV = 6
Sets whether to use XOSC/RCOSC of SCU_ADCIF or 32 kHz input, for each HPADC
HPADC0_A0.LV_CLK_U32_SEL0(@0x0280 + PWD_SCU region)
HPADC1_A0.LV_CLK_U32_SEL1(@0x02C0 + PWD_SCU region)
Decimation ratio of CIC filter, for each HPADC
