operation of writing the transfer data to the SEQ_RAM_OUT_n_READ_DATA_m (n is the One-shot Sequencer
number n = 0, ..., 2, m is the Byte offset of the data readout m = 0, ..., 3, refer to Table SCU (Sensor Control
Unit)-690) within the SCU_RAM is called "One-shot Operation" and the block that executes this is called the
"One-shot Sequencer". The One-shot Sequencer can only be selected on the SPI or I2C.
The data cannot be passed through the MATH_PROC in One-shot Operation.
Since the One-shot Operation does not use the Write FIFO, the ADC can be assigned to the same sequencer
number and used at the same time.
The execution command must be set beforehand in the parameter SEQ_INSTRUCTION_n (n is the instruction
number, n = 0, ..., 127) within the SCU_RAM. After this, set the SEQ_MODEn (n = 0, ..., 9) to "2" or "3", then
set the START_INTERVALn (n = 0, ..., 9) to 0xA, and finally, write "1" to the sequencer number bit that
corresponds to the SINGLE_EXE register. This will start the operation. When One-shot Operation is completed,
an iSoP0/1/2 interrupt is notified in accordance with the writing region of the SCU_RAM.
3.9.9.6 Sequencer Settings
The following table shows each resource with its registers and SCU_RAM parameters. For the power supplies
of the overall SCU and control of clocks, make the appropriate settings separately.
