RW Selects the I2C0 sequencer using each bit. (When the
I2C0 sequencer is 3 or 5, select 0x28)
RW Selects the SPI sequencer using each bit. (When the SPI
sequencer is 0,1, or 2, select 0x07)

corresponds to 1 command. (0 to 31)
Sets the start offset of the sequence command of the sequencer. "0"
corresponds to no offset. (0 to 127)
Sets the writing destination of the data read out from the sensor.
