"RCOSC power supply and PMU clock source check"
When turning OFF the RCOSC, make sure to change the operation clock of the PMU from
RCOSC to RTC_CLK_IN beforehand.
When changing the operation clock of the PMU to RCOSC, turn ON the RCOSC beforehand.

You want to set the operation clock of the PMU to a clock other than RCOSC
Refer to Section 3.4.4.1.1 for the RCOSC OFF control flow.

You want to turn ON the RCOSC
Refer to Section 3.4.4.1.1 for the RCOSC ON control flow.
"Power supply setting check (Power domain and SRAM) of GNSS Domain"
When PWD_GNSS is ON, turn ON at least one of the SRAMs for GNSS DSP.
When turning OFF all SRAMs for GNSS DSP, make sure to turn OFF PWD_GNSS too.

To turn ON the PWD_GNSS and SRAM for GNSSDP:
PWD_CTL=0x20002000
GNSSDSP_RAMMODE_SEL=0xFF00FFFF & SRAM for GNSS DSP power supply
setting

To turn OFF the PWD_GNSS and SRAM for GNSSDP:
PWD_CTL=0x20000000
GNSSDSP_RAMMODE_SEL=0xFF000000
"Power supply setting check (RF and XOSC) of the GNSS Domain"
When turning ON the RF, also turn ON the XOSC.
When turning OFF the XOSC, also turn OFF the RF.

To turn ON the XOSC and RF:
ANA_PW_CTL=0x00020002 | (0x03F03F0 & RF power supply setting)

To turn OFF the XOSC and RF:
ANA_PW_CTL=0x03F20000

When turning ON the PWD_GNSS, also turn ON the PWD_GNSS_ITP.
When turning OFF the PWD_GNSS_ITP, also turn OFF the PWD_GNSS.

To turn ON the PWD_GNSS and PWD_GNSS_ITP:
