AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
23.Oil Charger Pipe
A: REMOVAL
1) Remove the air cleaner case. (2.0 L Non-turbo
and 2.5 L models)

Case.>
2) Remove intercooler. (Turbo model)
<Ref. to IN(H4DOTC)-10, REMOVAL, Intercool-
er.>
3) Remove the oil charger pipe, and remove the O-
ring from the flange face.

B: INSTALLATION
1) Install the oil charger pipe with new O-ring.
Tightening torque:
41 N·m (4.2 kgf-m, 30.4 ft-lb)

2) Install the air cleaner case. (2.0 L Non-turbo and
2.5 L models)

3) Install intercooler. (Turbo model)

cooler.>
C: INSPECTION
Make sure the oil charger pipe is not deformed or
otherwise damaged.
