booting, the drive reads out this MD. The address must be unique across all of the axes.
This MD cannot be written to; the PROFIsafe address must be parameterized in the drive.
The value of this MD is incorporated in the calculation of MD $MA_SAFE_ACT_CHECK-
SUM[1].
