Parameterizes the event where the user program, set with $MN_PROG_EVENT_NAME
(default: _N_PROG_EVENT_SPF) is implicitly called:
Bit 0 = 1: Part program start
Bit 1 = 1: Part program end
Bit 2 = 1: Operator panel reset
Bit 3 = 1: Boot
The user program is called using the following search path:
1. /_N_CUS_DIR/_NPROG_EVENT_SPF
2. /_N_CMA_DIR/_NPROG_EVENT_SPF
3. /_N_CST_DIR/_NPROG_EVENT_SPF
