(25) Loosen hose clamps and disconnect all coolant hoses at the radiator.
(26) Remove all radiator attaching hardware and use a hoist to carefully lift
the radiator off.
(27) Remove front engine support screws and generator-to-frame attaching screws.
(28) Attach lifting hoists.
Figure 7 illustrates a typical hoisting arrangement. Pro-
ceed as follows:
(a) Use a heavy chain with hooks to attach a hoist to the engine lifting eyes.
(b) Attach another hoist to the generator. Remove the. exciter cover and
hook the hoist to a chain which has been securely installed around the
