case, replace
starter
and solenoid
as an
assembly.

is unable
to crank the engine,
internal
seizure
is indicated.
Attempt
to
hand-crank
the engine,
using a
3/4-inch
square drive
with
long
flex handle F in the crankshaft
pulley.
If the engine
cannot be
turned,
check starter
for locked
