As of Release 9.21, you can access Layer 3 on a b@ac topology when l3presence is disabled. For
releases prior to 9.21, you must enable Layer 3 on a b@ac topology to access Layer 3 commands in the
topology:<named-topology>:l3 context. Use the
a b@ac topology. The
