CYLINDER HEAD/VALVE
Lubricate the molybdenum disulfide oil to the valve
guide sliding surface of the valve stem.
Install the valve into the valve guide.
NOTE:
• Exhaust valve spring has a larger 0.0. than
intake valve spring.
• To avoid damage to the stem seal, turn the valve
slowly when installing the valve.
Install the valve spring with tightly wound coils fac ­
ing the combustion chamber.
Install tile spring retainer.

Grease the cotters
