INTERCOM ON HOLD
Description
An intercom (internal) call can be placed on hold, and the calling party will
hear music if it is wired to the system. Intercom on Hold is programmed
during system programming and is a systemwide feature that allows an
internal call to be placed on hold temporarily and an external party to be
added to an existing internal call to create a conference call.
Conditions
l
Each station can only put one intercom call on hold at a time.

TENANTING
Description
Stations can be placed in one of four tenant groups to restrict other users in
the system from accessing the lines in the tenant group.
Conditions
l
Users in different groups will be unable to contact each other unless
Tenant Type programming is changed from its preprogrammed value -
No Access.
