Trillium Standard Practice
SMDR CALL TIMING: Defines the time (grace period) before the
SMDR Unit starts recording information. The chosen value should
take into account the average length of time for an outgoing call to be
processed and answered. The call timer begins after the last dialed
digit. Parameters are from 1 second to 61 seconds.
Prep;ograrnmed Value = 5 seconds.
DIGIT TIMER: Since the SMDR timer needs to recognize when the
last digit is actually dialed, a second timer verifies the.e!apsed time
between digits. If the elapsed time exceeds the interdqt
timer, the
Sh4DR Call Timer (grace period) is enabled. In
most
circumstances,
the default preprogrammed value of IO seconds will be sufficient.
BAUD RATE: Baud rate can be set to 150,3OO,600, 1200,2400,
4800 or 9600 baud. The SMDR Interface, and Printer/Terminal baud
rates should match.
Preprogrammed Value = 1200 baud.
