22 FUNCTION PORTS
22.3 Assigning Functions to the Internal Connector (OPT1/ OPT11)
DEO Level
DEO Level is the output signal level of the DEO port available on the D-sub 25-pin connector of the transceiver. The output
signal level can be optimized according to the devices that are connected to the transceiver.

Assigning Functions to the Internal Connector (OPT1/ OPT11)
OPT is the function port of the 26-pin connector in the transceiver.
The following functions can be assigned to pin 1 and pin 18 of the 26-pin connector depending on the usage of the user by
installing the ANI board in the transceiver via the 26-pin connector.
Function
None
No function is activated. The OPT port is in input mode.
COR
The OPT port is activated when the transceiver receives a carrier.
In the case of Conventional Zone (Analog):
If the received QT tone or DQT code matches the QT tone or DQT code preconfigured for the transceiver, the
OPT port becomes active. If the QT tone or DQT code is not configured, the OPT port becomes active when the
transceiver receives a carrier.
In the case of Conventional Zone (NXDN):
If the received RAN code matches the RAN code preconfigured for the transceiver, the OPT port becomes active.
TOR
If no RAN code is configured for the transceiver, the received any RAN code is deemed to be matched, and the
OPT port becomes active.
In the case of Conventional Zone (Mixed):
If the received QT tone, DQT code, or RAN code matches the QT tone, DQT code, or RAN code preconfigured for
the transceiver, the OPT port becomes active.
In the case of LTR Trunking Zone:
If the received Group ID matches the Group ID preconfigured for the transceiver, the OPT port becomes active.
In the case of Conventional Zone:
LOK
If the transceiver starts transmission, the OPT port becomes active.
(Continuous)
In the case of LTR Trunking Zone:
If the transceiver is linked with a repeater while transmitting, the OPT port becomes active.
Note
This function is available only in a Conventional Zone (Analog, NXDN) or LTR Trunking Zone. No function is activated in an NXDN
Trunking Zone even if a function is configured.
