14 DTMF
14.1 Method of Sending the DTMF Code

Select one of the following operations.
• To send the DTMF code and initiate voice calls, the PTT switch
needs to be pressed.
• To send only the DTMF code, the Side 2 key (NX-200/ NX-210/
NX-300/ NX-410/ NX-411) or the Square key (Mobile) needs to
be pressed.
The transceiver sends the DTMF code.
Note
The DTMF code sent by Beginning of Transmit and End of Transmit cannot be sent again using this function.

Sending the DTMF Code Configured for BOT

The DTMF code configured for Beginning of Transmit can be sent.
Note
This function is unavailable for NX-200S/ NX-300S.
Operating the Transceiver

Press the
Autodial
The transceiver enters Autodial Mode.

Press the

key and then the
The DTMF code configured for Beginning of Transmit appears.
To cancel the operation, the Side 1 (NX-200/ NX-210/ NX-300/
NX-410/ NX-411) or the Triangle key (Mobile) needs to be
pressed.

Select one of the following operations.
• To send the DTMF code and initiate voice calls, the PTT switch

• To send only the DTMF code, the Side 2 key (NX-200/ NX-210/
NX-300/ NX-410/ NX-411) or the Square key (Mobile) needs to
