 Terms Used to Describe "Torque"
Although the term "torque" is commonly used when describing rotary servomotors and "force" or "thrust"
are used when describing linear servomotors, this manual uses "torque" when describing both (excluding
parameters).
 Indication of Reverse Signals
In this manual, the names of reverse signals (ones that are valid when low) are written with a forward slash
(/) before the signal name, as shown in the following example:
