(2) When the Power to the Slave Devices Is Turned On First
Confirm that the slave devices have completed startup, then set the control bit SLVSC to ON in the application
program.
After that, turn on the power to the master device.
After confirming that the axes connected to the Motion Modules mounted in the slave device option slots are not
moving, set the control bit SLVSC to OFF to execute slave CPU synchronization.
