Wheel Motor Installation
1. Transfer the port identification markings to the new
motor (Fig. 496).

2. Secure the wheel motor to the frame using the four
bolts and nuts. Torque the fasteners to 86 ± 9 ft-lbs.
(117 ± 12 Nm) (Fig. 497).

3. Install the two hydraulic fittings into the motor. (Fig.
498).
Note: Do not tighten the jam nuts until the hoses
are connected.

4. Install the two hydraulic hoses, then secure the
position of the hose fittings using the jam nuts (Fig.
499).
Note: Ensure the hoses are connected to the cor-
rect port by using the identification markings.
