QinQ Configuration Commands
Throughout this document, customer network VLANs (CVLANs), also called inner VLANs, refer to
the VLANs that a customer uses on the private network; and service provider network VLANs
(SVLANs), also called outer VLANs, refer to the VLANs that a service provider uses to carry VLAN
tagged traffic for customers.
On the S7500E series switches, selective QinQ is achieved mainly through QoS policies. For QoS
policy configuration commands, see QoS Policy Configuration Commands in the ACL and QoS
Command Reference.

View

Default Level
2: System level
Parameters
vlan-id vlan-id-value: Specifies a VLAN ID, in the range 1 to 4094.
Description
Use the nest command to configure the action of inserting a VLAN tag for the traffic behavior.
Use the undo nest command to remove the action.
Note that:
If the nest action will be applied to the inbound direction of a port or port group on an EA LPU, the
classification rule must be configured with the if-match customer-vlan-id command, and the
other actions except remark dot1p cannot be configured in the traffic behavior. Additionally, you
must enable basic QinQ on the port or port group before applying the QoS policy.
If the nest action will be applied to the inbound direction of a port or port group on an SA, SC, SD
or EB LPU, you must enable basic QinQ on the port or port group first.
