Configuring DVMRP Interface Settings
To fully enable DVMRP, you need to enable multicast routing globally for
the router (page 3-219), enable DVMRP globally for the router
(page 3-223), and also enable DVMRP for each interface that will
participate in multicast routing.

• Interface – VLAN interface on this router that has enabled DVMRP.
• Address – IP address of this VLAN interface.
• Metric – The metric for this interface used to calculate distance vectors.
• Status – Shows that DVMRP is enabled on this interface.
