Checking
the
Adhesive Level
and
Filling
the Tank
Use
this procedure to check the adhesive level and to refill the tank if
necessary.
WARNING:
Risk of
personal injury. When the tank lid is
opened,
vapors may be released. Vent the application area or
wear a respirator for protection from vapors.
CAUTION:
Risk of equipment damage. Exposing melted
adhesive to air can accelerate the curing process, causing
char.

this manual for adhesive material handling
guidelines.
1.
Open
the tank lid and check the adhesive level
2.
Refillthe tank before the adhesive level drops below 50%.
Use a
metal
or plastic scoop to add unmelted adhesive to within 25 mm
(1 in.)
of
the top
of the tank.
