MaintenanceSchedule
Use Table A 5-1 to develop a maintenance schedule for your
unit. Adjust
how often
you perform maintenance based on your operating
environment.
You may find
that more or less frequent maintenance
is
required in some cases.

Every 8 hours
Clean
the exterior surfaces of the unit and guns.
Check the system for
leaks.
To replace damaged hose connector or plug o-rings, refer

in
this section.
Flush the manifold filter.
Refer
to
Flushing
a Standard Manifold Filterin this section.
Every 40 hours
Clean
the manifold filter.
Refer to
Cleaning a Standard Manifold Filterin this section.
Clean removable nozzles.
Refer to the nozzle cleaning procedure
in
the maintenance
section of the gun manual.
Every 160 hours
Check all electrical connections and terminal blocks for tightness, including those
inside the electrical enclosure.
As needed
Clean
the air regulator filter element.
Clean
the inside of the electrical enclosure.
Check electrical connections and terminal blocks for tightness.
Check the hose connections.
Flush the system with
a
flushing material.
