Troubleshooting

lnputs not being
recognized
Loose connection
lnput voltage not sufficient
Defective l/O board
Check the
tightness of connections at
the l/O board and at the remote devices.
Tighten any loose connections.
Make sure the
voltage across the
appropriate terminals on X1
or
TB10
is
12-24VDC.
Replace the l/O
board.
Reter
lo l/O
Board Replacement.

Outputs not working
Loose
connection
Defective l/O board
Check
the tightness
of
the connections
at
the l/O board and at the remote
devices. Tighten any
loose connections.
Replace the l/O
board.
