Assumed cause
• SktUDPCreate Instruction
The UDP port specified with the
SrcUdpPort input variable is in
one of the following states.
• It is already open.
• It is being closed.
• SktUDPRcv Instruction
• The specified socket is receiv-
ing data.
• The specified socket is
closed.
• SktUDPSend Instruction
• The specified socket is send-
ing data.
• The specified socket is
closed.
• SktTCPAccept Instruction
The specified TCP port is in
one of the following states.
• The port is being opened.
• The port is being closed.
• A connection is already estab-
lished for this instruction for
the same IP address and TCP
port.
• SktTCPConnect Instruction
• The TCP port that is specified
