You can use the reset ipv6 neighbors command to clear specific IPv6 neighbor information.

IPv6 address of a neighbor
Link layer address (MAC address of a neighbor)
ID of the VLAN to which the interface connected to a neighbor belongs
Interface connected to a neighbor
State of a neighbor, which can be:
INCMP: Address resolution is in progress, so the link layer address of
the neighbor is unknown yet.
REACH: The neighbor is reachable.
STALE: The reachability to the neighbor is unknown. The device
does not verify the reachability to the neighbor unless it sends a
packet to the neighbor.
DELAY: The reachability to the neighbor is unknown. The device will
send a neighbor request message after a delay time.
PROBE: The reachability to the neighbor is unknown. The device
sent a neighbor request message to verify the reachability.
Type of neighbor information, including S (static configuration) and D
(dynamic acquisition).
For a static entry, "-" is displayed.
For a dynamic entry, the time (in seconds) since it is reachable last
time is displayed, and if it is never reachable, "#" is displayed (for a
dynamic neighbor only).
