High-mount brake light removal note
1. Tie a string to the end of the connector of the
high-mount brake light beforehand so that the
connector can be passed easily through the rear
spoiler during installation.

• For vehicles with DSC, the clock spring is generally not to be removed from the combination
switch as may result in a malfunction of the steering angle sensor. However, remove it only when
replacing the clock spring as a single unit by referring to CLOCK SPRING REMOVAL/
