FUEL SYSTEM (PGM-FI)
Connect the rear in jector 2P (Gray) connector.
Connect the fo llo w in g :
- IACV 4P (Black) connector
- TP sensor 3P (Black) connector
- Front injector 2P (Gray) connector
Connect the quick connect fittin g at the th ro ttle
b ody (page 6-38).
C onnect the vacuum hoses.
California type only:
Install the fo llo w in g :
- A ir cleaner housing (page 6-52)
- U pper fuel tank (page 6-45)
A d ju s t the th ro ttle g rip free play (page 4-5).
INJECTOR
INSPECTION
S tart the engine and let it idle.
C onfirm the in jector operating sounds w ith a sound­
ing rod o r stethoscope.
