Lower Fuel Tank Removal - Honda NSA700A DN-1 2009 Service Manual

FUEL SYSTEM (PGM-FI)
LOWER FUEL TANK
R E M O V A L
Remove the upper fuel tank (page 6-44).
Relieve the fuel pressure and disconnect the quick
connect fittin g (page 6-37).
Remove the m u ffle r (page 3-16).
Disconnect the fuel level sensor 3P (Black)
tor.
Disconnect the fo llo w in g :
- CKP sensor 2P (Red) connector
- O sensor 4P (Black) connector

- PGM-FI sub harness 4P connector
- PGM-FI sub harness 14P (Gray) connector
Remove the sub fram e m ounting bolts.
Remove the low er fuel tank pivot bolt/nut, washers
and m ounting bolts/washers.
Loosen the sub fram e pivot nut.
