2. Swash Plate Angle
Inspection
Measure the resistance at the swash plate angle
sensor A and C terminals of the sensor side.
CONNECTION: A - C
Is there resistance w ith in 1.6 - 2.4 k£2 (20 C /
6 8 F)7
YES - GO TO STEP 3.
NO - Faulty swash plate angle sensor.
3. Swash Plate Angle
Inspection
Inspect the resistance of the swash plate angle
sensor shaft groove turning.
CONNECTION: A - B
Is there resistance w ith in 0 to 1.6 - 2.4 k£2 (20 C /
68 F)?
YES - GO TO STEP 4.
NO - Faulty swash plate angle sensor.
4. Swash Plate Movable Inspection at HFT Oil
M otor Side
Inspect the swash plate movable inspection at
HFT oil m otor side (page 11-13).
Do th e re d u c tio n gear and sw ash p la te angle
sensor s h a ft tu rn sm oothly?
YES - GO TO STEP 5.
NO - Swash plate control m otor and swash
plate angle sensor not synchronized
with the program. Inspect the follow ing:
• Reduction ge a r .
• HFT
5. Swash Plate Control
Inspection
Turn the ignition switch "OFF".
Disconnect the TCM 5P (Black) connector.
Measure the voltage at the TCM connector ter­
minal of the wire harness side.
Connection: Red/yellow (+) - Green/White (-)
Does th e b a tte ry voltage e x is t?
YES - GO TO STEP
NO - • Open circuit in Red/yellow and/or
Red/white wire.
• Open circuit in Green/white wire.
