Watch

5-118 Operation
The OnAir 3000 main screen continuously displays a watch and two stop-
watch functions in the left part of the screen. 'Watch' refers to the time-of-
day in analog and/or digital format and to the date in an abbreviated format.
'Stopwatch' refers to both the global fader and the user stopwatches. The
global fader stopwatch measures the time the most recently opened channel
fader has been left open, if configured. The user stopwatch acts as a normal
time counter. START starts the stopwatch at zero, STOP stops it. Pressing STOP
a second time resets it to zero.
The watch in the upper left corner of the main screen gives a permanent dis-
play of the current time and date. The standard time reference is an internal,
real-time clock (RTC) with battery back-up. The RTC continues to run when
the console is switched off as well. Therefore, it is unnecessary to set the
watch on power up. There are three different display modes (analog/radio/
digital clock), and two different date formats (20.Jul.2009 or Jul-20-2009)
available, they can be selected in the configuration tool (see
SW V6.0
chapter
6.5.38).
