Since DNet communication is established and maintained using UDP multi-
cast messages, it is recommended to run an IGMP Querier within the OnAir
Control network in order to avoid UDP multicast messages from being sent
to each switch port (this is the case as long as no IGMP querier is running
in the network since the provided switch configuration does not enable the
IGMP querier of the switch).
We recommend using the manageable switch Cisco WS-C2960-24TC-L
(Master) and the Cisco WS-C2960G-8TC-L. Basic configuration files are
provided by STUDER.
