4-16 Operating Elements
The Input Group Selector provides the Input Groups as configured for the
console. If the current assigned input provides Stream Patching and is not
on-air, the first item of the Input Group List is a direct access to the Stream
Group Selector. This will be indicated with the name "Sources" in the 2nd
label area.
A short pressure on the rotary button changes to the selected Input Group or
in case of "Sources" to the Stream Group Selector.
• Selection for Inputs without Stream Patch Control:
[InputGroupA] [InputGroupB] [InputGroupC] ...
• Selection for Inputs with Stream Patch Control:
["Sources"] [InputGroupA] [InputGroupB] [InputGroupC] ...
The Input Selector provides the inputs as configured for the selected Input
Group. The following assignments are possible:
• State of current assigned Input is 'on-air'. All inputs which are already
assigned to an unlocked strip (only swapping is allowed).
• State of current assigned Input is not 'on-air.' All inputs which are not
currently assigned to a locked strip.
The Input assignment will be applied by a short pressure on the rotary button.
If the new assigned input provides Stream Patching, the Input Selector
changes to the Stream Group Selector.
The Stream Group Selector provides all currently available Stream Groups.
The first item of the Stream Group List is a direct access to the clear source
function marked as "None".
• Stream Group Selection:
["None"] [StreamGroupA] [StreamGroupB] [StreamGroupC] ...
If one enters into the Stream Group Selector from a lower level, the current
selected item is the first stream group (StreamGroupA). If one enters from a
higher level, the current selected item will be the last selected stream group.
In case of a selected Stream Group a short pressure on the rotary button
changes to the Stream Selector, 'Clear Source' closes the Input Selector.
The Stream Selector provides all currently available streams of the selected
group. The first item of the Stream List is a direct access to the clear source
function marked as "None".
• Stream Selecton:
["None"] [StreamA] [StreamB] [StreamC] ...
Upon entering the Stream Selector, always the first stream (StreamA) is
selected.
