The User Warning appears during power-up if, in case of an optional XML, file the XML and XDR file are
incompatible, e.g. the XDR file of a former software release.
Note: The UILogic.xml file is the only optional xml file.

The Routing Snapshots of that CORE can no longer be recalled remotely.
Appears if the CORE loses the network connection to another CORE on which Partial Output Routing
