The server and messages types deal with external processing, specifically the
processing performed by the web or application server. The server type measures
the actual server processing time. The messages type approximates the sum of
requests, server, and responses types.
After completing the configuration of a duration monitor, activate the monitor by
assigning it to a DataPower service.
