Guidelines
The source command is used only if a traffic-flow definition (Message Matching)
contains an ip or ip-exclude command.
In the absence of a source command, source address monitoring and information
gathering (if defined) is aggregated for the entire address range defined by the ip
or ip-exclude commands.
