The max-header-value-len command specifies the maximum length of header
values to allow for HTTP headers in request messages. Each HTTP header is
expressed as a name-value pair. This command specifies the maximum length of
the value portion for HTTP headers. The use max-header-name-len command to
specify the maximum length of the name portion for HTTP headers.

The max-querystring-len command specifies the maximum length of the query
string to allow for HTTP headers in request messages. The query string is the
portion of the URL after the question mark (?) character.
Examples

max-total-header-len
Specifies the maximum aggregate length of HTTP headers to allow.
Specifies the maximum length in bytes. The default is 0, which indicates no
limit.
