Specifies a name of the remote iSCSI target.

Guidelines
The target-name specifies the iSCSI qualified name (IQN) or IEEE Extended
Unique Identifier (EUI) for the iSCSI target.
v To specify an IQN, use the following format:
v To specify an EUI, use the eui.02004567A425678D format.
Examples
v Sets the target name using an IQN.
v Sets the target name using an EUI.
