3.5 Replacing the sill

21. Tack the sill to the sill connector cross-member

and to the fuel tank cross-member (vehicle interior/

This operation must only be performed with the

two cross-members mounted in the jig.

Check that the upper casting of the B-pillar is

ﬁtted correctly into the fuel tank cross-member.

22. Tack the sill to the internal diagonal braces connecting

to the centre tunnel.

Check again that the semi-ﬂoorpan is ﬁtted
