3.2 Replacing the windscreen support rib and the windscreen valence cross-member

5. Sand the sections of weld joining the underwindscreen

rib and the underwindscreen covering.

6. Remove the 3x2 structural rivets at the ends of the

windscreen valence cross-member fastening the

part to the two front shock towers.

Retrieve all the rivets, using a magnet if

necessary, as any remaining rivets will cause

noise when the vehicle is in use.
