DESCRIPTION
Set a point-to-point link between ports to increase the speed of convergence by allowing the
network to determine the designated port faster. The port must be connected directly to another
switch port.
Select Enable to activate this feature on a full-duplex port that is connected directly to another
switch port.
Select Disable to deactivate this feature on the port that is in half-duplex mode.
Select Auto to have the system automatically determine if the port is full-duplex or half-duplex.
Click Apply to save the changes in this screen to the system's volatile memory. The system
loses these changes if it is turned off or loses power, so use the Config Save link on the
navigation panel and then the Save button to save your changes to the non-volatile memory
when you are done configuring.
Click Cancel to start configuring this screen again.
