8.10 Misc Screen

Click Multicast > Misc in the navigation panel to display the screen shown next. Use this screen to
configure how the MSC handles IPv4 and IPv6 multicast unknown groups, IPv4 reserved multicast
groups, and IPv6 multicast packets.

DESCRIPTION
This is the ID number of the MVLAN.
Select the multicast group number (1 -16).
Enter a multicast IP address as the beginning of the multicast IP address range.
Enter a multicast IP address as the finish of the multicast IP address range.
Click Apply to save the changes in this screen to the system's volatile memory. The system
loses these changes if it is turned off or loses power, so use the Config Save link on the
navigation panel and then the Save button to save your changes to the non-volatile memory
when you are done configuring.
Click Cancel to start configuring this section of the screen again.
This is the multicast group number (1 -16).
This is the beginning of the multicast IP address range.
This is the finish of the multicast IP address range.
Select the check box in the Select column for an entry and click Delete to remove the entry.
Click this to select all entries in the table.
Select the radio button in the Select column for an entry. Click Delete to remove the entry.
Click Cancel to start configuring this section of the screen again.
