Create PVC 0/34 and Apply the Video_WRR IPQoS Profile

In the navigation panel, click Port > PVC to open the PVC Setup screen.

Select the slot where the line card is installed and port 3. Click Load.

In the VPI/VCI fields, enter "0" and "34".
